Data is never sold and there are no ads; the free plan runs under the same Data Processing Agreement. The free plan is funded by the paid plans and the Fauna operations service. Items marked "Coming soon" are not in the product today; quotes do not include them.

About pricing
- Is the free plan time-limited?
- No. The limit is 2 open events at a time; there is no time limit. Up to 5 events are kept in the archive.
- What happens when the archive is full?
- With 5 events in the archive, no new event can be archived; the existing archive is not deleted and stays readable. For more archive space, request a quote and we will review the quota together.
- When does my organization open?
- Your organization opens after platform approval, usually within 1 business day. While you wait you can prepare your event, but you cannot publish it.
- Is there a seat limit?
- No. Jurors, mentors, volunteers and participants are not counted; no plan is limited by seats.
- How do I pay?
- Paid plans are currently sold by quote and invoice. Card payments will come in a later release.
- Does it fit public procurement?
- For the Public sector plan we provide a quote, an invoice and a draft contract. The procurement method is for your purchasing unit to decide; we do not give legal opinions on it.
- Where is the data hosted?
- The database and files are kept on Cloudflare infrastructure in the European Union region. Hosting in Türkiye is not available; it will be evaluated later. Details are on the Security and KVKK page.
